Though Donald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Johnson and Isabell Johnson (Swanson); and his siblings, Joyce Duckworth and Richard Johnson. He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Denniston and Janice Johnson; and his niece Jeannie Calhoun. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Immanuel United Methodist (1211 W Ewing Ave, South Bend, IN 46613). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at the Highland Cemetery (2257 Portage Ave, South Bend, IN 46616).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Donald's name may be made to the church or to Heart to Heart Hospice.
