He is survived by: his children, Emily Matz (Jim) of South Bend, Lisa Botka (Kevin Nolan) of Lafayette, Stephanie Foreman of South Bend, Indiana, Louis Botka of South Bend, Indiana and Sean Foreman of South Bend, Indiana; his grandchildren, Payton, Sylvia, Judah, Theo, Niko, Bexley, Iggy, Odin and Kayin; and his sister Denise Botka of South Bend, Indiana..
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kaniewski Funeral Home (3545 N Bendix Dr, South Bend, IN 46628). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
