She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrine Harris (Minter) and Herman Richard Rodgers; her stepfather Gloster "Red" Harris; her brothers, Richard Larry Rodgers, Kenneth Harris and Robert Harris; her daughter Satonia Wells; her great grandchild Taleah Buckingham; and her nephews, Anthony Carter, Jonathon Rodgers and Lorenzo Walker.
She is survived by: her husband William Wells; her daughters, Angelia Rodgers of South Bend, IN and Rosalyn Wells of Chicago, IL.; her grandchildren, Terrence Buckingham, Shari Richey of South Bend, IN and Carla Richey of Indianapolis, IN.; her great grandchildren, Dereounna Nance of South Bend, IN, Tereounna Buckingham of South Bend, IN and Terrence Buckingham III of South Bend, IN; and her sisters, Cordelia Anderson of South Bend, IN, Elizabeth Ann Ward of South Bend, IN, Darlene Farmer of South Bend, IN, Cynthia Rodgers of South Bend, IN and Brenda Land of Indianapolis, IN.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
