He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Smith and Louann Smith (Minnier); and his son Scott Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Smith and Erick Smith (Patricia Elkins); his brother Greg Smith; and his former wife Christine Smith (Mrozinski). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
