He was predeceased by: his parents, John Geraghty and Margaret Geraghty (Johnston); and his brother John Geraghty. He is survived by: his wife Ruth M. O'Brien; his son Ryan Geraghty (Laura) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Caleb, Adam, Melanie and Summer Geraghty; his daughter Kathryn Moser (Kyle) of South Bend; his grandsons, Samuel and Edward Moser; his son Shawn Geraghty of South Bend; and his siblings, Susan Frisz (Tom) of South Bend, Meg Elkins (David) of Bloomington, Kevin Geraghty (Christine) of Arlington Heights and Steve Geraghty (Connie).
