She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela J. Gary of South Bend, IN and Annette Warnsley (David) of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandchildren, David Warnsley (Danielle), Felicia Austin and Starr Warnsley; and her great grandchildren, Shaean, Xavier, Jumper, Jazzi, Lalia and Annelle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
