He was predeceased by: his father Junior Haley; and his sister Tammy Haley. He is survived by: his mother Janice Haley; his children, Jonathan Haley (Courtney), Amber Haley and Jeremiah Haley; his siblings, Gerald Haley (Muriel), Faith Haley-Caro (Nick), Karen Haley-Rickard (Robert), Greg Haley (Tammy) and Stacey Haley-Smit (Kurt); and his close friend Kathy Nance.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the VFW Post #4054 (53550 S. Centre St., Marcellus, MI 49067).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to support Billy's beloved VFW Post #4054.
