He is survived by: his parents, David Tomlinson (Bonita) and Sherry Barnes (Hammons); his wife Michelle Bulthuis; his son Gage Tomlinson; his stepsons, Caden Pawlak, Rylan Pawlak and Khalin Pawlak; his grandmother Patricia Tomlinson; his sister Jenny Tomlinson; his stepbrothers, Donald Barnes and Anthony Barnes (Kelly); his half-brother Nicholas Barnes; his aunts, Becky Johnson (Scott) and Donna Conley; and his uncle Barry Hammons.
In keeping with the COVID-19 guidelines for public gatherings, groups will be limited to 25 people at a time and face masks are required by local government.
