He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt O'Neal and Edith Moore (Fleener). He is survived by: his wife Pansy O'Neal of Somerville; his children, Alvin F. O'Neal (Hope) of Somerville and Judy Scott (Tony) of Somerville; his grandchildren, Michelle Smithhart of Somerville and Alvin B. of Mackey; his stepgrandson Josh Scott (Megan) of Mitchell; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Noah, Grace, Levi, Hope, Jesse, Faith and Gabrielle; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ethan, Abby, Aurora and Kubrick; and his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Michael, Christina, Charlena and Marquetta.
