William E. Thacker Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William E. Thacker of Solsberry, Indiana, born in Monroe, Indiana, who passed away on July 30, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Golda Thacker and Inez Thacker (Holmes); his wife Joan; his granddaughter Taryn Thacker; his sisters, Betty Swango (Jim), Mary Inman (Kermit) and Helen Inman; his brothers-in-law, Fred Rainey, Glen, Bob, Walt, Jim Yoho, Kermit Inman, Paul Rollins, Johnie Sims and Jim Swango; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Gertie Yoho (Sherrow); and his sisters-in-law, Pearl Rollins, Carol Sims, Kathleen and Francis Yoho.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Thacker (Belinda) of Solsberry and Lisa Clark (Joel) of Stanford; his grandsons, Braden Thacker (Cori) of Madison, Zach Clark (Sophie) of Solsberry and Tanner Clark of Stanford; his great grandchildren, Adeline Thacker and Eleanor Clark; his sister Susie Rainey of Stanford; and his sisters-in-law, Vicki Yoho of Bloomington and Joy Yoho of Bloomfield. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and still many more cousins.
