He is survived by: his son Jeff; his sister Charlene Caldwell Taylor (James) of Newburgh; his children, Kevin, Michelle and Jason; his aunt Judy Caldwell Hamilton (Leon); his uncle James Acuff; his brother Charles Lee Caldwell; and his nephews, Scotty Caldwell and Timothy Paul Taylor. He is also survived by Many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
