He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Campbell and Mildred Campbell (Guion); and his brother Dick Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Grace Campbell (Trimm); his children, Stacy Campbell, Stephen Campbell and Chrissy Blake; and his stepchildren, Karen Byers and Raymond Baker.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
