She is survived by: her close friend Mike Calloway; her siblings, Paula Goetz, Vonda May, Sherryll Drew, Gordon Michael, Larry Michael and Alice Maesch; her stepchildren, Brandy Porter and Andy Calloway; her stepgrandchildren, Ricky, Octavia and Americus; and her stepmother Ruby Michael.
The family ask that any memorial donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Paulette's name.
