He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Stivers and Ruby Stivers (Sims); his wife Evelyn Stivers; his sons, Morris O. Stivers, Jr. and Bob Stivers; his great-nephew Hunter Brown; and his great great grandchild Aiden Keith Hobbs.
He is survived by: his children, Audrey Edington (Steve) of Bloomington, Robin Stivers of Bedford, Tim Stivers (Debbie) of Linton and Dan Stivers of Bedford; his grandchildren, Missy Hodge, Jamie Bixler, Rick Stivers, Tim Stivers, Jr., Brian Mullis, Owen Stivers and Josh Stivers; his nieces, Amy Fletcher, Krystal Miller and Rachel Williams; and his sister Wanda Ludwig.
