He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. McKinney and Esther McKinney (Cooper); his wife Phyllis McKinney; and his brother Bobby McKinney. He is survived by: his children, Robert Crowe (Kelly) of Post Falls, Richard Crowe (Sherry) of Bloomington, Rod Crowe (Julia) of Celina, Rusty Crowe of Solsberry, Robin Leroux (Jim) of Solsberry, Terri Lynn McKinney (Ron) of Spencer and Pam Jo Dowdy of Spencer; his close friend Rachel Kruidenier of Solsberry; and his siblings, Larry Dale McKinney of Kentucky and Maddie Miller of Florida. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
