She is survived by: her children, Dian, Danny and Lloyd Blake Jr. (Becky Kerhberg); her children-in-law, Jerry Polley and Nancy Blake; her grandchildren, Jay Polley (Michelle Muzii), Gina Ingram (Jerry), Christy Gliva (John), Luke Blake (Jayna Laubsch), Tracy Siedl (Chad Rollins) and Renee Stikeleather (Zeb); and her great grandchildren, Zach Ingram, Dustin Siedl, Rhett and Wyatt Blake. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and her 5 great-great-grandchildren.
