She is survived by: her husband Daniel Cowell; her children, William Leggins (Sanda) of Anderson, Kathy Westfall (Rory) of Bloomington, Steven Cowell of Bloomington and Kristin Pedigo (Charles) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and her siblings, Larry Phillips (Linda) of Springville and Amanda Schoolcraft (Tommy) of Springville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
