He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jeanne Hayes (Fields); his siblings, Darry Don Hayes (Barbara) and Glenda Charlene Maddox (Stephen); his siblings-in-law, Tracy Scott Fields and Kathy Martindale (Ivan); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Hayes, Dustin Maddox, Thomas Martindale (Abby), Needra Basinger (Andrew), Stephanie Clark (Tracy Mack) and Meleah Monroe (James). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and one great, great nephew.
