He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Simpson and Martha Simpson (Hiner); his former wife Tamara "Tammy" McCullough; his wife Tamara Simpson; his children, Thomas Simpson II (Desa), Shane Simpson, Das Simpson, Marie Simpson and Tassie Presson (David); and his siblings, Tim Kersey (Carol), Mike Kersey, Steve Simpson and Christine Martin (Richard Lynch). He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
