It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Sallee of Silver Lake, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 30, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Spencer Riddle and Rita Mae Riddle (McLaughlin); her husband Stanley Sallee; and her son Danny L.. She is survived by: her children, Donna Saldana (Nate) of Kokomo, Stanley J. Sallee (Michelle) of Silver Lake and Kenny Sallee (Amber) of Elwood; her brother Jim Riddle (Mary Beth) of Cicero; her grandchildren, Michael Saldana, Miranda Saldana, Mallory Saldana, Randy Moore (Savannah), Brad Moore (Kasandra), Allison Geiling (Jamie), Kristen Sallee (Fiance' Scott), Spencer Sallee of Jacob, Holly Sallee, Hunter Sallee and Kendra Sallee; her great grandchildren, Layla, Zek, Aubrey, Matthew and Sonny; and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Sallee (Becky) of Elwood and Mary Amos (Sonny) of Elwood. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
