She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Smith and Icie Smith (Adams); her husband Carmel; and her brothers, Tom and Curtis Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Connie (John Malott) of Akron, Vickie (Rodney Whitaker) of Akron, Darrel Manns of Akron and Doug (Joanna Manns) of Akron; her grandchildren, Christopher, Joshua, Sarah, Matthew, Jennifer, Lori, Logan, Jessica, Wesley, Kiley and Teri; and her brother Paul (Carol Smith) of Claypool, Ind.. She is also survived by 36 Great Grandchildren, 8 Great Great Grandchildren.
