She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cleon Dean and Iris Overmyer (Blackwell) of Virginia; her husband Richard Shepherd of Silver Lake; her children, Adam Noffsinger (Jen) of Elkhart, Tina Kingston (Chris) of East Longmeadow, MA and Rick Shepherd of Warsaw; and her brothers, Mike Overmyer (Peggy) of Bloomington and Mitch Overmyer (Kendal) of Fort Wayne.
