He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Sr. Cosgrove and Regina Cosgrove (Waterson); and his brothers, Bill and Mark Cosgrove. He is survived by: his wife Debra Cosgrove of Silver Lake, IN; his sons, Joseph F. Cosgrove III (Kirstin) of Fallbrook, CA and Nathan Cosgrove (Jessica) of Hemet, CA; his stepchildren, Saun Miller (Tatiana) of Millersburg, IN and Shae Miller of Millersburg, IN; and his siblings, Greg Cosgrove (Diana) of Lee Summit, MO and Jean Brown (Mitch) of Warsaw, IN. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.
