He was predeceased by: his son Thomas Ray Allen. He is survived by: his wife Effie of Silver Lake; his daughter Kimberly Allen Yates (Ron) of Packerton; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Allen of Silver Lake; his grandchildren, Heath Allen, Matthew Allen and Shane Yates; and his great grandchildren, Audrey Allen, Bryar Allen, Tyler Yates and Brayden Yates. He is also survived by four sisters and two brothers.
