She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Neeley and Leora Neeley (Shepherd); her husband Clayton Howard; her daughters, Wilma Howard and Velma Howard; and her sister-in-law Eloise Neeley.
She is survived by: her son Dr. Michael D. Howard (Sharon); her brother Dayton Neeley; her grandsons, Jonathan and David Howard; and her great grandchildren, Kei and Riko Howard. She is also survived by three children.
