It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denise Cody of Silver Lake, Indiana, born in Rochester, Indiana, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Moyer and Norma Moyer (Leiter); and her grandparents, George, Barbara Moyer (Kuhn), JD and Bessie Leiter (Crist).
She is survived by: her close friend Sam Millard Jr. of Silver Lake; her niece Jessica Creekmore (David) of Silver Lake; and her siblings, Bob, Randy, Gary, Danny, Chris, Donald Moyer and Teresa Blanton. She is also survived by 8 nieces, 1 nephew, 11 great nephews, 5 great nieces, and 1 great-great nephew.
