She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Wade and Omega Wade (Myers). She is survived by: her husband Jerry H. Warner; her children, Jerry R. Warner (Melinda), Jennifer Lynn Gonzalez, Micheal Eugene Warner and Jeffery Kent Warner (Rebecca Vanthoff); and her siblings, Leslie Wade and Beverly Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
