She is survived by: her parent Florence Heeter (Nichols); and her children, John H. Dome (Shirley) of Sidney, Ruth Ann Dome of Hyden, Thomas Dome (Nancy) of South Whitley and Nancy Patton (Dennis) of Franklin.
