He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Jodie Herrington; his brothers, Markin Patton and Tracy Herrington; his son Joseph Patton; his siblings, Ronald, Garrel, Phillip Herrington, Jodi Nation, Penny Brown and Linda Witt; and his close friend Lisa Wohlhuter. He was also cherished by many grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
