He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pendley and Juanita Pendley (Nelson); his son Scott Pendley; his grandsons, Nickolas Holt and Brandon Pendley; and his brothers, Ronald, Frank and Larry Pendley.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Pendley of Shoals; his children, Ronald Pendley of Shoals, Darin Pendley (Shera) of Shoals, Steven Pendley (Becky) of Shoals, Vicki Pendley of Shoals, Angie Hagen (Monty) of Huntingburg, Debbie Bateman (Tim) of Washington and Pam Pendley of Ferdinand, Indiana.; and his siblings, Tom Pendley (Deanna) of French Lick, Jane Archer of Shoals and Robyn Purkhiser (Roger).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Anderson Cemetery or Natchez Community Church.
