She is survived by: her mother Wilma Qualkenbush (Sorrells); her son Lance Mountford (Vonda) of Greencastle; her grandson Jonathan Mountford (Emily); her daughter Sydney of Greencastle; her brothers, Michael Qualkenbush (Debbie) of Shoals, David Qualkenbush of Shoals, Brad Qualkenbush (Sandy) of Shoals and Shawn Qualkenbush of Shoals; her nieces and nephews, Karen Baker, Kelly Shaw, Lyndsey Qualkenbush, Kevin Qualkenbush, C. J. Qualkenbush, Aaron Qualkenbush and Andrew Qualkenbush; and her aunts, Jeanne Edwards of Bedford and Marilyn Hardwick of Shoals.
