She was predeceased by: her parents, David Tinkle and Ruth Tinkle (Lindley); her spouse James Blair; her son-in-law Darrell Smith; and her sisters, Carolyn Taylor, Clarabelle Wininger and Janet Ragains.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Lee (Dario), Amy Kaeck of Otwell and Angel Riggle (Allan); her grandchildren, Zachary Acker, Kirsten Acker, Brieanna Smith, Hanna Smith, Andrew Smith, Lane Keller, Logan Keller, Nicolas Keller, Matthew Riggle and Mark Riggle; her great grandchild Temperance Smith; and her siblings, Brenda Tedrow of Loogootee, Linda Courtwright of Washington, Lana Bush of Linton, Yvonne Stone of Shoals, Tennis Tinkle of Loogootee, Harold Tinkle of Dubois, Danny, Jack, Carl and William.
