Baker of Shoals, Indiana, born in Washington, Indiana, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Brown and Rosabelle Brown (Neighbors); her spouse Dale R. Baker; her son Terry Wininger; and her siblings, James, John Brown and Mary F. Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Martin R. "Rick" Wininger of Shoals and Kathy Baker Rush of Shoals; her grandchildren, Amy Moffitt of Shoals, Nick Wininger (Lee Ann) of Montgomery and Penny Wininger Dunn (Ryan) of Linton; and her great grandchildren, Hadley Wininger, Holden Wininger, Decon Dunn, Violet Dunn, Syndell Watson and Justice Watson.
