He was predeceased by: his parents, Chase Peregrine and Bertha Mae Peregrine (Morris); his former wife Mary Ann Peregrine (Higgs); his grandson Myron Peregrine; and his siblings, Mildred, Oral, James, Maryl and Mary Lou.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Peregrine of Shoals; his children, Linda Pearl Peregrine of San Antonio, TX and Larry Earl Peregrine of Lillie, LA; his stepchildren, Melody Vaal of Santa Claus, Daniel Showalter and Joy Adams of Shoals; and his grandchildren, Lesa Wilson and Carolyn Fauver. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
