She was predeceased by: her spouse Howard Eugene Holt; and her children, Sally Marlene Davidson of Shoals, Alice Jeanette Holt of Shoals, Gary Lee Holt of Bedford, Thomas Clyde Holt of Shoals, Jerry Ray Holt of Haysville and Cecil Lynn Holt of Vincennes. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
