She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann (Gregiore) and Arnold Buzzard. She is survived by: her husband Martin Lewis; her children, Joshua Lewis of Loogootee and Hannah Lewis of Denver, Colorado; her granddaughter Penelope Alice; her siblings, Jennifer Hobbs (Vern), Lisa Berry (Brad), Greg Buzzard (Mary Lee) and Gunner Buzzard (Wendy); her mother-in-law Hazel Lewis; and her siblings-in-law, Karen Lewis, Daniel Lewis (Alice), Ernie Lewis (Jill), Marianne Burgan (Don) and Cyndy Carithers. She is also survived by sister in-law.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Martin County Humane Society or your favorite charity.
