She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wilcoxen and Clara Wilcoxen (Sheetz); her spouse Joseph Larry Akles; and her siblings, Gerald Lee Wilcoxen, Bonnie Davis, Ruth Hunt, Wilma Davis, Virginia Brown, Bernice Morris and Ann Vaught.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Joseph "Joe" Akles of Shoals, Kevin James Akles of Shoals and Natalie Ann Sargent (Tim) of Winchester, Virginia; her grandson Tanner Akles of Loogootee; her brother Leland Wilcoxen of Shoals; and her sister-in-law Ruby Wilcoxen of Shoals.
