He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer P. Fuhrman and Margaret Fuhrman (Braun); his son Roger Fuhrman; his grandchildren, Matthew Fuhrman and Joey Hunt; and his siblings, Emil Fuhrman and Lovella Singer.
He is survived by: his children, Randall Fuhrman of Loogootee and Susan Fuhrman of Mitchell; and his sisters, Luetta Mercier of Bloomington and Ruth Elkins of Anderson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
