She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Bauer and Edna Bauer (Wolf); and her brothers-in-law, Karl Funk and Paul Hudson. She is survived by: her husband Wilson Wininger; her sons, Brian Wininger (Tammy), Randy Wininger (Vicki) and Todd Wininger; her grandchildren, Trenton Wininger, Bradley Wininger (Bre), Justin Wininger (Sara), Alex Wininger (Ginny) and Calli Wininger (Christopher Jones); her great grandchildren, Evon Wininger, Jaxson Wininger, Isaac Tarr, Kinsley Louise Wininger, Paisley Wininger, Oliver Wininger and Noah Wininger; and her siblings, Mary Hudson, Cletus Bauer (Linda), Carolyn Mattingly (John), Lou Ann Funk and Debbie Qualkenbush (Mike). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. John Lutheran Church in memory of Louise.
