She was predeceased by: her parents, George William and Inez Wagoner (Licht); her husband Charles Payne; the father of her children Kenneth Wininger; her stepson Charles; her great grandchild Rolen Wilson; and her brothers, Donald W. Wagoner and John R. Wagoner.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Wininger (Teresa) of Shoals, Pamela Belmore (Jim) of Fishers, Kevin Wininger (Tina) of Loogootee and Charlene Underhill of Washington; her stepson George Payne (Darlene) of Loogootee; her daughter-in-law Lois Payne; and her sisters, Nancy Jane Miller of Frisco, TX, Sharon Ann Moseley of Washington and Karen Jan Savage of Argos. She is also survived by Twelve grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
