He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jackson; his children, Joshua Brett of Shoals, Brian Parson (Sabine) of Lobbach, Germany and Amy Carpenter (Larry) of Celestine; and his siblings, Richard Brett of Shoals, Roger Brett of Shoals and Lois Brett of Shoals. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
