She is survived by: her father Michael Milligan; her husband Mark Cain; her stepfather Allen Watkins; her children, Zachary Legg, Cody Milligan (Ashley), Mark Kevin Cain, Jr., Logan Cain, Jenna Marie Legg and Jessie Denise Cain; her grandchildren, Khloe Snider, Kristopher Milligan and Blaine Milligan; her siblings, Steven Watkins, Cory Milligan, Mindi Marchand and Ann Skipworth; and her stepsister Misty Johnson.
