With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Dorsey (Shoals, Indiana), born in Seymour, Indiana, who passed away on July 12, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Dorsey and Eliza Ann Dorsey (Abbott); his siblings, Evelyn Hewitt, Carlyn Williams and Carl Patterson; and his grandson Rolen Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Dorsey of Shoals, Catina Cannon (Troy) of Loogootee, Gary Dorsey (Patty) of Washington and Chad Dorsey (Missy) of Bloomfield; his stepchildren, Cory Johnson of Indianapolis, Casey Gee (Carrie) of Indianapolis and Cari Jones of Indianapolis; his siblings, Debbie Chattin (Norman) of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Bob Dorsey (Marge) of Tennessee; and his brother-in-law Paul Dean Hewitt of Shoals. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
