It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Wesley Qualkenbush of Shoals, Indiana, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James R. Qaulkenbush; his grandparents, Oscar, Bernice Sorrells, James and Vina Qualkenbush; his sister Sherry Emmick; his aunts, Hazel Moore, Helen Payne and Ruth Stout; and his uncle Gene Qualkenbush.
He is survived by: his mother Wilma Qaulkenbush (Sorrells) of Shoals; his brothers, Michael Qualkenbush (Debbie) of Shoals, Brad Qualkenbush (Sandy) of Shoals and Shawn Qualkenbush of Shoals; his nieces and nephews, Karen Baker, Kellie Shaw, Lindsay Qualkenbush, Lance Mountford (Vonda) of Kevin Qualkenbush, C. J, Aaron Qualkenbush and Andrew Qualkenbush; and his aunts, Jeanne Edwards of Bedford and Marilyn Hardwick of Shoals.
