It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Wells Sr. of Shoals, Indiana, born in Paoli, Indiana, who passed away on July 12, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lawrence and Elizabeth Mae Wells (Norman); and his son David Christopher Wells, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lana Wells of Shoals; his children, Chester Lawrence Wells (Michelle) of Marengo, Daniel Warren Wells of Shoals and Dina C. Wells-Radtke (Gregory) of Shoals; and his grandchildren, Xavier, Isaiah, David, Ezekiel, Akela and Regan.
