He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Mackey and Trulla Mae Mackey (Dunn). He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Fellows); and his children, David Mackey (Amber) of Greencastle, Paula Zapp of Coatesville and Shannon Chastain of Kokomo. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
