He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Fannie Haarer (Eash) of Shipshewana; and his siblings, Aldine, Sylvester, Leonard, David, Corona Weldy and Mary Troyer.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Ray, Phillip James and Karen Marie; his brothers, Paul Haarer of Goshen, IN and William Haarer of Sarasota, FL.; his wife Wilma Haarer (Schertz) of Goshen, IN; and his children, Vanja Haarer of Goshen, IN, Phil, Shari Haarer of Goshen, IN and Angelo Mazzocchi of Osceola, IN. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and beloved nieces and nephews.
