He was predeceased by: his parents, William Yoder and Sylvia Yoder (Schlabach); his wife Mary Ellen Yoder; his son Ervin Yoder; his daughter-in-law Susan Yoder; and his sister Mary Bontrager (Bill).
He is survived by: his children, Esther, Dorothy Beechy (Orva) of Shipshewana, Fannie Miller (Scott) of LaGrange, Barbara Magallanes (Gary) of Warren, MI, Jerry Yoder (Betty Hershberger) of Middlebury, William Yoder (Aimee) of Plymouth, MI and Kenneth Yoder of Kendallville; and his brothers, Jerry Yoder (Dorothy) of Nottawa, MI, Raymond Yoder of Etna Green and William Jr. Yoder (Charlotte) of Millersburg. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Christie Schlabach Residence (155 Union St, Shipshewana, IN 46565). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Funeral Christie Schlabach Residence (155 Union St, Shipshewana, IN 46565). A burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at the East Barren Cemetery (6854 W 200 N, Shipshewana, IN 46565).
