He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Shinn and Ester Shinn; his former wife Beth Shinn; and his siblings, Jimmy, Delight, Majorie and Billy.
He is survived by: his wife Katie Shinn; his daughters, Jabeth Wheeler (Mike) and Janel Jones (Jerry); his stepchildren, Harlan Kauffman (Deb) and Harlene Barta (Tom); his grandchildren, Paula, Shauna, Heather, Sean, Will, Sydney, Hayden and Luke; and his great grandchildren, Zakk, Ridgely, Harrison, Aniston, Joel and Miles.
