He was predeceased by: his parents, Steward Davis and Dee Davis (Carlson). He is survived by: his wife Vicky Ketcham (Kuhn); his children, Nicholas Davis (Kim) of Shipshewana and Jessica Davis (Megan) of Warsaw; his stepdaughter Amber Ketcham Rial of White Pigeon, MI; and his brother Doug Davis (Kathy) of Elkhart. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter.

Memorials may be given to Riley Children's Hospital.
